I work with ambitious and multi-skilled people who already know how to succeed, but who are ready to expand beyond inherited definitions of leadership and ambition. You’ve already proven yourself. The question now isn’t can you do it? It’s how do you want to do it, and what do you want it to create?
The old paradigms of leadership and growth — overwork, extraction, achievement without fulfilment — are no longer relevant. What calls to you instead is a new way: one where wealth creation is intelligent and sustainable, leadership feels authentic and embodied, and success is measured not only by outcomes but by the quality of life it creates.

Ways to work with me
This is where strategy and dreaming meet. This work is precise, disruptive, and deeply personal. Together, we challenge and dissolve the patterns that no longer serve, refine the strategies that scale your vision, and expand the identity you lead from.
The
Partnership
Six months of radical clarity and bold expansion.
The Partnership is an intensive container for accomplished founders and leaders ready to step into the next expression of their vision. This isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about amplifying what’s possible. Over six months, we build a strategy that honours your ambition and sustains your wellbeing, while sharpening the way you earn, partner, and grow.
What you can expect:
-
A redefined relationship with wealth, one that expands your capacity without depletion.
-
Intelligent strategies for scaling, shifting, or restructuring your work.
-
Honest partnership that challenges you and calls you forward into bolder territory.
The Partnership is by application. Begin with The Conversation, a chance to speak your vision aloud and explore whether The Partnership is aligned with what’s next for you. This call is an invitation, not a commitment.

The
Shift
One month. One decision.
A new trajectory.
Sometimes it’s not a whole new season you need, but the clarity and courage to make one defining choice. The Shift is a four-week container designed for those pivotal thresholds: when circling the same decision is costing you energy, presence, momentum and opportunity.
Over four weeks together, you’ll:
-
Bring conviction to a decision that reshapes your next chapter, whether in business direction, pricing, partnerships, or visibility.
-
Strengthen your trust in your own judgment through a grounded decision-making framework.
-
Feel the steadiness and energy that come when hesitation lifts and aligned action takes its place.
The Shift begins with The Conversation, a call to share more with me about the decision or threshold you’re facing, and whether this one-month accelerator is the right container to move you forward.
$2500 NZD (includes tax's)
The
Conversation
An opening to what’s next.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s not a pitch.
It’s a reimagined way to connect.
I’ve crafted The Conversation out of almost two decades in service-based business and what anchors it is something I value deeply: active listening.
In te ao Māori, kōrero is more than “talking.” It’s the art of exchange, the weaving of stories, presence, and meaning. It’s listening with your whole self, and responding in ways that create space for clarity and insight.
That’s what The Conversation is designed to offer.
This is a chance to explore whether my work is the right fit for your vision; where you can share what’s shifting for you right now, what you’re dreaming of and what support you’re seeking for this next evolution.
Whether we end up partnering together or not, you’ll walk away with at least one shift in perspective – about yourself, your work, or how connection can actually feel.
It’s simply an invitation for curiosity and connecting, without obligation.
Meet Amy
I work with women who are ready to rewrite what ambition and leadership can look like, beyond convention, beyond borrowed definitions. My role is to walk beside you as you design a business, a life, and wealth that feel spacious and deeply aligned with who you are becoming.
I’ve built businesses, led teams, raised a family, and navigated the kind of defining seasons that change everything. By 2013, I had opened my first wellness centre in Western Australia. Since then, I’ve founded multiple businesses in Aotearoa, always reshaping what ambition and success mean in practice.
Yes, there were chapters marked by challenge: burnout, grief, and starting over. Those seasons shaped my depth, but they don’t define my work. What defines it is what came after: clarity, intentional design, and a refusal to measure success purely by output. I know what it means to hold ambition and wellbeing with equal weight, and that is the foundation of how I now coach women into their next evolution.
Over years in the wellness and business worlds, I saw too much surface-level advice, too much perfection marketed as progress. I wanted to do things differently: coaching that is grounded, evidence-based and deeply honest.
Becoming a mother sharpened that mission. Human sustainability — the way we live, work, and lead without depletion — became personal. The choices I make, and the way I support others to make theirs, are about building futures that are regenerative, values-led and nourishing for the generations who follow.

FAQs
Who is your coaching best suited for?
I work with accomplished women — founders, executives, creatives, and professionals — who are ready to evolve how they lead, earn, and live. Most of my clients come to me at a threshold moment: they’ve outgrown the old models of success, and they’re seeking a way forward that feels more aligned, sovereign, and sustainable.
Do I need to be running my own business to work with you?
Not necessarily. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs, but I also coach leaders and professionals who are navigating career transitions, stepping into greater visibility, or reimagining how they want to work and live. The common thread isn’t your role, but your readiness to redefine how you lead and create wealth on your own terms.
How long are sessions and how often do they happen?
Sessions are 60 minutes and are scheduled either fortnightly or monthly depending on the offer you choose. This rhythm allows time for integration and aligned action between sessions.
What kind of results do clients typically experience?
Every journey is different, but clients often experience greater clarity, stronger leadership, more aligned decision-making, positive changes in relationships and tangible progress in how they work, earn, and live. Many describe this work as catalytic — something that continues to create ripple effects long after the coaching ends.
Are you qualified?
Yes. I’m a qualified Business Coach through Cloud Learning and a qualified Behavioural Psychology Coach with The Midas Coach. I also hold various qualifications in somatic therapy and yoga therapy, and bring a strong background in wellness entrepreneurship.
I’ve owned and operated two different brick-and-mortar businesses and have hands-on experience starting and exiting business partnerships. This blend of formal training and lived business experience informs the way I coach — combining strategy, psychology, and real-world insight.
What can I expect to gain from coaching?
Clarity, first and foremost. Clarity around what you truly want, what you’re no longer available for, and how to design your work and life accordingly. You can also expect more intelligent strategies for your business or career, a renewed relationship with wealth, and a steadier connection to your own authority.
What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Coaching is a mutual commitment, and spaces are limited. Because of this, I don’t typically offer refunds for completed or active coaching periods. However, I do consider situations on a case-by-case basis where appropriate. If something unexpected arises, we can explore flexible scheduling or pausing your container. All of this is clearly outlined in your client agreement to ensure transparency and fairness for both of us.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. All coaching sessions are held online via Zoom, and I work with clients across different time zones.
Do you offer financial advice?
No, I’m not a licensed financial advisor and therefore can’t provide professional financial advice. What I can offer is strategic-level and psychology-based coaching around the emotional and psychological processes that often sit underneath and impact financial decisions — things like how you relate to money, what shapes your choices, and how to make values-aligned decisions with confidence.
Over the years, I’ve built longstanding relationships with trusted professionals across various fields — including financial advisors, mortgage brokers, accountants, legal experts, and investment specialists. Part of what coaching can offer is helping you build your own “boardroom of support” — the right mix of people and expertise around you — so you can make intelligent, well-informed decisions that support both your business and your life.
What’s the first step?
Start with The Conversation. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Share what’s on your mind, and we’ll explore whether coaching with me is the right fit for you.
How is your approach different from other coaches?
My work integrates strategy, psychology, somatics, and cultural wisdom. It’s rigorous and practical, but also deeply personal.I understand the female psyche and the unique challenges women navigate in business because I’ve done it myself, balancing ambition, identity, visibility, and the pull of family and lifestyle. I don’t offer hype or formulas. What I offer is a partnership: one that challenges, expands, and supports you to create results that are not only successful, but sustainable and life-giving.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can choose to pay monthly, fortnightly, or weekly. For returning clients who’ve completed The Partnership, I also offer a flexible retainer option so you can maintain ongoing support. Some conditions apply.
Can we focus on both business and personal aspects in coaching?
Yes. My work is holistic by nature, and many of my clients bring both business and personal themes into our sessions. These conversations often overlap and are part of designing a life and work that feel cohesive and aligned.
Do you offer referrals or additional support if needed?
Yes. I have a trauma-informed background and longstanding relationships with psychologists and therapists across various fields. If something arises that sits outside the scope of coaching, I can offer trusted referrals and support you in finding the right care if that’s something you want. My work can sit alongside therapeutic support when appropriate, and in many cases clients get fantastic outcomes working in this way.
How much time and energy will this take?
Coaching provides structure, clarity, and perspective that actually reduce the energy drain of indecision, overextension, or carrying it all alone. Sessions are focused and intentional, and the shifts we create together ripple outward, freeing capacity in your work, relationships, and wellbeing. That said, it is a commitment. The most profound outcomes come when you enter this work at a time where you can give it your focus and honour the process. Coaching is an investment not just of time, but of presence, and the more you bring to it, the more it gives back.
